It can be quite a challenge deciding which image to showcase on the blog. A bride and groom photograph is often the choice we make for a wedding sneaky peek. We thought we’d go for something a little different from the usual romance and have gone for this – the couple taking a cheeky selfie.
The setting in Meonstoke (Hampshire) was stunning. We snuck out for a few minutes after the speeches and captured a few photos in the fields.
Have you seen the caricature of Josh and I drawn at this wedding? Check it out here (try not to laugh at us too much). …
Just over three weeks ago Eddie and Steve got married at the Westgate Hall in the historic walls of Southampton. They celebrated their wedding reception on the outskirts of the New Forest. As the sun was setting, later that day, we couldn’t resist taking them to a nearby field for some photos. The ‘golden hour’ is my favourite time of the day to photograph a couple, as I’m sure it is for many photographers.
The image we’ve chosen to highlight was shot by Josh. We loved it so much we’ve put it on our homepage. …
Josh and I are back in the UK after being flown out to photograph a wedding in Nerja, Spain. Is was an absolute dream to be their wedding photographers! Massive congratulations to Henrietta and Bolazs. Thank you for such a wonderful opportunity. We had an amazing time. It is true what they say about the light being different… we had some of the best. Check back very soon for a sneak peek of the bride and groom and in a few weeks we’ll blog the wedding highlights.
For now, here’s a picture I took late evening of the Balcon de Europa overlooking the Mediterranean sea. …
This Saturday we’ll be in Nerja, Spain to shoot a wedding on Spain’s central south coast. It’ll be our third international shoot and we’re super excited about this one!
Can’t wait to share the results.…
Winchester’s Lainston House is one of mine and Josh’s favourite wedding venues. It’s always a pleasure to work there. As a photographer you’re spoilt for choice with the available backdrops to use.
Richard (also known as Sparrow) and Rachel had their reception there on the 3 May. It was a superb day from start to finish. We were booked until midnight. Usually we leave shortly after the first dance. Let’s just say we’ve never seen a party quite like it! Wow! …
At last weekends wedding the bride and groom hired a caricature artist to entertain the guests during the evening reception. Josh and I had the pleasure of having our faces drawn and we thought it would be a laugh to share the end result with you so you can all laugh at us!
We will soon be updating our profile pictures on our About Us page, so you’ll have a better idea of how we really look… …
Kim and Simon got married at the beginning of May this year and celebrated their wedding reception at Rhinefield House in Brockenhurst, Hampshire.
Their wedding photography started with the respective morning preparations of both bride and groom. We captured their day through to the evening reception and beyond, ensuring no moment was missed.
Two weeks ago when they saw their pictures for the first time, they were delighted! Here’s some of the wonderful words of gratitude they sent back to us:
“I don’t even know where to start… the images are AMAZING!! We are completely blown away by how beautiful they are and how you managed to capture the day perfectly… I knew they’d be good, but we never expected them to be this perfect! You are truly talented and gifted photographers, and we are so grateful that you have captured our most special day so wonderfully. Everyone commented on the day about how friendly you and Josh both were, and how discreet you were with taking the photos, along with how you seemed to notice and capture every ‘picture perfect’ moment – from the kids playing, to every emotion…just fantastic. Thank you.”…
