We had the wonderful pleasure of photographing Thom and Raneé’s wedding two weeks ago at Chiswick House in London. Their day was a dream to photograph from start to finish. I think you’ll see the best from the day very soon in our portfolio. Here’s a little sneak peek. This was photographed outside the historic greenhouse in the Italian Garden which was looking especially spectacular in anniversary of it’s creation 200 years ago.
Three weeks ago we were at The Larmer Tree Gardens for the wedding of David and Ruth. It’s no secret that we love it there! We’ve put together a collage of photographs from their special day. It was our first time back there this year and first time we’ve seen their new reception room all finished. It looks superb!
I can’t believe it was just over two weeks ago that Josh and I were in Spain to photograph the wedding of Henrietta and Balazs. It was truly an amazing experience! We’ve been dying to show you some pictures from their wedding. I couldn’t pick just one, so you’ve got two instead. Enjoy!
This is what our photography style is all about. Capturing those special moments, the real ones, that tell the story of the day. A little over three weeks ago Dave a Laura got married at Farbridge in Chichester. I love this photo. The groom had just glanced over his shoulder to see his bride to be enter the room and walk down the aisle. It was the first time he had ever seen her in a dress. His face says it all!
It can be quite a challenge deciding which image to showcase on the blog. A bride and groom photograph is often the choice we make for a wedding sneaky peek. We thought we’d go for something a little different from the usual romance and have gone for this – the couple taking a cheeky selfie. The setting in Meonstoke (Hampshire) was stunning. We snuck out for a few minutes after the speeches and captured a few photos in the fields. Have you seen the caricature of Josh and I drawn at this wedding? Check it out here (try not to […]
Just over three weeks ago Eddie and Steve got married at the Westgate Hall in the historic walls of Southampton. They celebrated their wedding reception on the outskirts of the New Forest. As the sun was setting, later that day, we couldn’t resist taking them to a nearby field for some photos. The ‘golden hour’ is my favourite time of the day to photograph a couple, as I’m sure it is for many photographers. The image we’ve chosen to highlight was shot by Josh. We loved it so much we’ve put it on our homepage.
Josh and I are back in the UK after being flown out to photograph a wedding in Nerja, Spain. Is was an absolute dream to be their wedding photographers! Massive congratulations to Henrietta and Bolazs. Thank you for such a wonderful opportunity. We had an amazing time. It is true what they say about the light being different… we had some of the best. Check back very soon for a sneak peek of the bride and groom and in a few weeks we’ll blog the wedding highlights. For now, here’s a picture I took late evening of the Balcon de […]
Winchester’s Lainston House is one of mine and Josh’s favourite wedding venues. It’s always a pleasure to work there. As a photographer you’re spoilt for choice with the available backdrops to use. Richard (also known as Sparrow) and Rachel had their reception there on the 3 May. It was a superb day from start to finish. We were booked until midnight. Usually we leave shortly after the first dance. Let’s just say we’ve never seen a party quite like it! Wow!
At last weekends wedding the bride and groom hired a caricature artist to entertain the guests during the evening reception. Josh and I had the pleasure of having our faces drawn and we thought it would be a laugh to share the end result with you so you can all laugh at us! We will soon be updating our profile pictures on our About Us page, so you’ll have a better idea of how we really look…
